Markie Marxist sez: “Sometimes my commie compadres in the media work too hard at making their point, but their little, Red hearts are in the politically correct place. At least they’re on our side.”
U.S. District Judge David G. Campbell sentenced Jeffrey Scott Glover to seven years in prison followed by three years of supervised probation
wow, the feds really give out the prison time like it’s candy
In state court, a felon in actual possession will get 3 years mandatory (ie, no gain time) but constructive possession (he had the weapons in his house but nobody saw him touch them) will not even guarantee someone prison time unless they have serious priors.

My son got an inert grenade for his 9th birthday. He has it still. They not only last forever, they remain terrifying to some fools just as long.
