Guns in libraries

I really like living in Virginia where carry is widespread. We can’t carry in schools, courthouses, hospitals, and where posted. That’s it. We hold VCDL meetings in my local library. No one bats an eye at the ones in open-carry.

My local branch library in Texas has no signs; the main branch has a non-legally binding “no handguns” sign (i.e. doesn’t conform to what state law requires), but I haven’t bothered to tell them it’s not legally binding nor do I intend to. As a patron I’ve legally carried concealed in both locations without incident.

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
