How would a 28-gauge Judge be legal? The .410 handguns are only legal because they also chamber and fire .45 Colt (and some jurisdictions, like California, still classify those as sawed-off shotguns and ban them).
And if the Raging Judge 28 is legal, then why can’t they bring back the Ithaca Auto & Burglar and sell that like a normal handgun?
Over .5″ bore and rifled means they really should have a permission letter from ATF saying it’s suitable for sporting purposes before selling it over the counter.
Great. Anything that increases the profile of the 28 ga. is welcome in my book. Hopefully will bring the price of this ammo down so my wife can shoot shoot shotgun cheaper.

Will there be a “bullet” for it, or just 28ga slugs? This could be badass compared to the regular one.

Is it weird to anyone else that the two most innovative companies out there seem to be Taurus and Kel-Tec?

I suspect this will also be made of fail…tho maybe less fail. Still you’d be better off with a SMALLER gun in .454 Casul.
Still this WILL help those poor bastards find shells for their 28 Ga Scatter Guns!

Wes: this will be legal because it has a rifled barrel, and under .50 cal. NFA laws don’t make sense, but that’s how it goes.

But a 28ga is at .550, so it’s not even less than .50.

Wanna bet there’s a 20 gauge next?
How long until we see a 12 ga?

I think I’ll hold out for the 10 ga. Magnum version, complete w/ tripod mount.
