A bad law overturned on any grounds is a good thing, but it’s too bad that the fact that it amounts to politically-motivated, communist-style oppression by the political left against the right doesn’t count for anything in the People’s Democratic Republic of Californication.

A nice short term delay for Kalifornians, but to paraphrase John Maynard Kaynes “In the long run, Kalifornia gun owners are all screwed”.
