Over the past decade, I have watched gun-violence prevention fade from philanthropy’s agenda.
And Joyce is the biggest funder of gun control shills astroturf groups.

“Gun violence prevention” may have been the philanthropist’s original, intended agenda but the actions of those they funded did nothing to prevent gun violence. Those funded by such philanthropy just tried to ban law-abiding citizens from possessing firearms for self defense, sport, hunting, and any other reason. So perhaps there is a reason for the fading away of the interest from philanthropists. They didn’t get that rich by being completely stupid.
On the other hand, NRA’s Project Exile seems to have done some good in reducing actual gun violence by putting criminals who use firearms in jail for long periods of time. Maybe Joyce and others can just start sending their money to this project?
