I guess “nuisance” means “someone does not approve”
In Collierville, a man advertises a bondage/slave adult themed bed and breakfast. Apparently, advertising it as such on the internet makes it a nuisance.

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.

Collierville– More tight-asses per square inch there than any other place in Tennessee.

In that case maybe they could use a Zanthia House?

“… a place for bondage, dominance and sadomasochism.”
Well, at least it’s not rum, sodomy and the lash! Okay, maybe the lash. And the sodomy. Do they serve rum?

OK… I don’t have a problem with a S&M Bed and Breakfast, even in my neighborhood… but check this out, from the article:
“Rates to visit Zanthia House on that website were $200 for a half-hour, $250 for an hour, $500 for overnight and $75 for a 15-minute quickie.”
That isn’t a Bed and Breakfast, that’s a whore house… nobody books a B&B for a “15-minute quickie”. I don’t have a problem with that either, but probably wouldn’t want it in my neighborhood just due to the sheer volume of traffic at late hours.

I’m with GD. I’d be ticked about the traffic in the neighborhood if it was serving client for 15 minutes, or even an hour.
But if it was available to overnight guests, who cares?
For that matter, if he didn’t get caught advertising it, and just threw FREE quickie parties no one could stop Jim (though the traffic may be a nuisance).

Meh. Bible Belt issue. In liberal western Oregon, such an establishment would be written up in the “Daily Living” section of the fishwrap and it would be nominated for “Inn of the Year”.

I don’t understand why they would want to build a special building for their B&D B&B in an up scale neighborhood. They could have bought 5 acres outside of town and done anything they wanted with nobody to complain about it, and probably nobody to listen to the complaints if one were made.
