You know what will really piss ’em off? Cross the street while listening to and iPod, eating heavily salted, lard-fried potato chips and smoking a 6″ Macanudo.

In other news, legislation proposed to ban doing something while doing anything else. Congressman asserts inspiration found when faced with the challenge of trying to simultaneously breathe and think. If legislation passes, students will no longer be permitted to attempt patting head and rubbing stomach at the same time due to risk of hypoxia.

This only makes sense…seeing has how they have solved all of NYC’s problems already. Just look at the wonderful dystopian utopian society that NYC is!

Why doesn’t New York City just grab people on the street, turn them upside down, and shake them till the money falls out? Yeah, I know, they’re trying.

Another bill where cops are exempted without justification. If mortals can’t safely use a device and walk at the same time, neither can our betters.
