As I pointed out before, this is the inevitable result of the attempt to federalize the concealed carry issue. Pennsylvania’s concealed carry laws were fine on their own, but no–you just had to create a pretext for politicians from California to start butting their nose into it.

This law has absolutely no chance of passing constitutional muster, assuming it had any chance of passing the Senate. ‘Babs’ is merely re-enforcing her credentials among those for whom the constitution means what ever they want at the moment. God, I am ambarassed at being Calfornian.
