How is copyright infringement or intellectual property piracy even part of DHS’s jurisdiction? Shouldn’t that be the FBI?
I’m starting to think DHS is growing to become an umbrella organization far beyond it’s original mandate.

Sadly, this means that I won’t be able to watch live Formula 1 races when they’re tape-delayed by the idiots over at Fox.
As to the question of DHS having jurisdiction in these matters, supposedly ICE, which is under the umbrella of DHS, has some power in the area of copyright infringement.
