Though I’d actually kinda like to see what Apple could do with firearms, since they’d actually focus on usability and build quality.
Raising the bars there never hurts.)

Nah, if Apple bought them the complaints would be that you can only get them in black, there’s no manual safeties, it uses some weird half-cocked system instead of a normal SA/DA or DA, and that it shoots a wimpy cartridge like 9mm Luger.

Parts which aren’t compatible with other ARs? Shuts off when used by unauthorized user? Sounds like what Colt’s AR’s used to be like, and what they tried to do with their handguns.
