Good. Video may deceive; it is certainly not like being there. Having said that and having watched the video, that video shows a man charging another man who has pulled a gun. That can be taken reasonably only as absolute stupidity, or intent to kill or do great bodily injury–the very action that triggers the right to self-defense. I have been surprised at some of the comments, even from gun owners and shooters. The right to self-defense means nothing if the culture and the courts so water it down that you will be prosecuted for exercising it.

Comments at the Philly newspaper site suggest that DiDonato is a candidate for a Darwin award based upon the injuries he received.
