Travelers Insurance Update
The story of them denying coverage for lawful gun ownership makes the print edition of a CT paper. Odd how the headline kept evolving there.

The author of the story sent me a nice email yesterday with a explanation of why the story evolved the way it did.
The short version is that it is that way because that is how he is told to work, reporting the story as he works through it.
The slightly longer version is that the paper’s blogging software sounds pretty limited.

Well that’s still a bullshit reason from Travelers. There is no actuarial or claims data to support an underwriting restriction on ownership of ‘assault weapons.’ They are just east-coast elites with little understanding of the subject, show by using a completely undefined term both legally and colloquially.
