Free Speech

Not applicable at a public court house:

Julian Heicklen, who was indicted for jury tampering in November for distributing pamphlets about the jury’s power and responsibility to judge both the law and the fact, was arrested in his home this morning.

How can the judge justify applying election laws to a courthouse… Sounds like legislating from the bench to me.

  2. Kristopher Says:

Judge was an idiot to have pursued this..

The defendant will insist on a jury trial, and will insist that the jury examine the pamphlet if it is entered as evidence of his “crime”.

  3. Phssthpok Says:

The judge is even more of an idito than the prosecutor (who perjured himself at the hearing subsequent to julian’s arrest and was called on it in open court).

Wow… Can I be a juror in an area where I am not a resident too. That could be fun…

They will fight to the death to conceal the truth about U.S. courts and the power of a juror. For many moons they did not have to worry about it, but now via the internet anyone can get “The Jurors Handbook” and understand that they have more power than the president himself when sitting on a jury. Nothing like keeping the 5th branch of government tight lipped, for if the people find out what power they have the courts will start running as non profit, and many in the cities and counties we live in will not stand for it.
