Most states fail to comply with mental health reporting requirements of NICS. Of course they do. It’s too much to keep up with. Some states, however, aren’t reporting anything.
Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.

They would love to comply, but the people who are responsible for disseminating the info aren’t available. They’re at the State House protesting that they aren’t giving up their benefits to their $100,000 a year job, in spite of what the Voters said.

Well if they were to distinguish between “neural” and “mental”… Jeff Knox dissuaded me from printing up and selling t-shirts bearing the legend, “Autistic Gun Nut.”
Wouldn’t be prudent, I think he told me. I felt all disappointed. I had seen possibilities there, like “Lesbian Gun Nut”, and “Gay Gun Nut”, and “Black Gun Nut.” Hell, even just “Female Gun Nut.”
Hey, what about “Christian Gun Nut” and “Jewish Gun Nut”?
All muslims are gun nuts, of course, of the most dangerous and irresponsible kind.

P.s. Not to forget the “Atheist Gun Nut” t-shirt, but I would have to vet you a bit before I sold you one, to make sure that you weren’t one of those obnoxious “evangelical atheists” who get on everyone’s nerves, because methinks y’all doth protest too much.
