I see there’s a legitimate accuracy boost for certain rounds being below the sound barrier.

Improved range and accuracy with heavy bullets due to a better ballistic coefficient…

if you increase the mass and decrease the acceleration, you can get the same force. (Acceleration here would be the deceleration the bullet experiences when it hits its target.)

I shoot Remington Match subsonics because they are the most accurate.
It’s actually been studied. A bullet is most accurate at about 870 fps.
Your mileage may vary.
