You dont actually think they care do you?

  2. mikee Says:

Don’t forget Maryland – their similar law, since 2003 I think, has created a similar ballistics database for new firearms sold there, with similar results.

Glad I don’t live there anymore – it is a silly place.

New York has a severe budget crunch, but COBIS still gets funding. They’d rather lay off teachers than stop the pointless abuse of law-abiding gun owners, evey one of whom have to get permission from a judge to take possession of each handgun purchased.
It’s not ridiculous, it’s much worse than that, it’s malicious to the point of being hateful, anti-gun rights politics.
New York politicians hate their gun owner constituents more than they care about childrens’ education.
New York paid $40,000,000 for $3700 worth of scrap brass.

Well; if it could feed just one hungry child, shouldn’t we eliminate this database program and other anti gun schemes, then get those who supported them out of office and keep their faces out of the public trough permanently? Then we could slash taxes and allow the economy to grow.

  5. snoopycomputer Says:

But that $40,000,000 doesn’t count the hundreds of cases solved every season on CSI.

  6. Bubblehead Les Says:

But aren’t these the kind of jobs that Obama has saved or created?

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
