Excellent! But we still have to obey the Host’s Countries Law regarding Firearms, correct? So if this makes it to SCOTUS, and they vote with the District Court, that means even if you purchase a Firearm, you may have to leave it behind when you enter the other Country, correct? If that is the case, well, if this gets upheld, anyone who wishes to buy a Barrett .50 Cal and needs a place to store it…; )
He has apparently stated that he would purchase firearms and store them with family or friends in the states.
This ought to lead to the elimination of the prohibition on interstate handgun sales – but since this is the legal system we’re talking about here, I’m not overly sanguine.
