Not suing ATF?

Mexico wants to sue US gun makers because our guns go over their border. First, I’m pretty sure that the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act prohibits that. Second, a good way to keep our guns out of your country would be, say, effective border control.

And, you know, most of your guns are coming from the south or from your own army.

Can I sue Mexico for the illegal narcotics wreaking havoc on our troubled youth?

Well now, that would just give Eric Holder an excuse to deliberately refuse to uphold ANOTHER Federal Law, wouldn’t it?

Actually, I see Attorney Corporal Holder being EXTREMELY HELPFUL with the Mexican Gooberment finding the most Liberal Courts to file the Lawsuits in, giving them Privacy Act Protected Documents that they are banned from seeing, paying their expenses while they’re in the United States (hey $500 a night Hotel Suites cost Money, right?), etc.

But, y’see, they can claim diplomatic immunity with their lawsuit, and thus ignore American laws!

    Duh.

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
