She paid for it
Woman gets charged with reckless driving. University of Tennessee withholds her masters degree because of it. Unlike, say, a UT football player who can get arrested for drug possession or starting a bar fight and still play football. Looks like she’s getting her degree now.

The University of Akron tried to pull that kind of crap on me when I refused to sign and obey their “Code of Conduct”. They weren’t happy to find out that, under Ohio Contract Law, that I HIRED THEM to provide an Education, and that THEY worked for ME, and they had NO Authority in Fact nor Law to impose their “Code of Conduct” upon ANYONE who was not in “Parental Locus”. Then they tried to pull that crap on another Student friend of mine, and he took them to Court, and they got their Clock Cleaned.
Concerning this case, one wonders how many kids were denied their Degrees because they have a String of Drunk and Disorderly Conduct Fines from every Spring Break Trip they took out of State?
These Hosni Bloomberg WannaBees better look up the word “Jurisdiction” and “Property Lines”. Frack these Despots who only have a Job because the State allows them to feed off our Taxes!
