There must be at least one other entrepreneur (with a clean record) who is willing to transfer guns in a city of over 600,000! I wrote an e-mail to FFL holder/rabid anti-gunner Josh Sugarmann (no response), and queried the BATFE (leaving his name out of it) about their stipulation that an FFL be “conducting a business to sell firearms” which Sugarmann does not, it seems to me.
Check out the local radio station website article (http://www.wtop.com/?nid=41&sid=2363345) that includes a map from the DC Govt showing you where their zoning will **allow** you to open up shop: http://www.scribd.com/doc/54222973/Gun-Sales
The tiny red cross-hatched zones are the only legal areas. It stinks, but you have to work within the system. Remember, handguns were banned in DC for 32 years! Now the city government has to deal with the new reality.

You missed a Yoda quote opportunity.
“No, there is another.”

It’s not like he loses his lease every 2 years or something… oh wait.
