It’s not likely you would need your gun in a restaurant, but more so in walking to and from the restaurant and wherever else you may travel before you arrive at the restaurant and after you leave. Besides it’s my RIGHT TO CHOOSE to carry the means to protect my own body specifically enumerated in the Tennessee Declaration of Rights, Article I, Section 26. So the State cannot prohibit that right, but a irrationally fearful, bigotted, prejudiced property owner may.

I’m sure that Suzanna Hupp could elaborate on a very good reason why it aint bad idea to be armed in a restaurant.
