Kentucky v. King was just released today:

Looks like we are on our way back to the Writs of Assistance.
Ky v. King…Lazy police work. They had PC for a warrant and should have gotten it. Even if they engaged in fresh pursuit into the residence and found contraband in plain view, they should have still obtained a warrant. Lazy, lazy, lazy.
