During the Housing Meltdown, it was discovered that 6 Home Loans in Ohio were given to Dead People, backed by Fannie Mae. Since Christopher Dodd and Barney Frank DELIBERATELY set up the System because it wasn’t FAIR that those who had no jobs and were living off their Welfare couldn’t buy a Home because of their Lack of Credit, the only way to stop the Spread of Zombies buying Homes is to Blame Bush!

Nobody is buying houses cause they can’t get loans. Everyone that has contacted me about my house for sale has wanted to do owner financing or lease-to-own.

Sigh…and I AM one of those Zombie Homeowners. Had our house on the market since October, and have already lowered the price once. Our agent recommends lowering it again, which will put us below what we paid for it 6 years ago.
That won’t quite put us underwater, but it would be close without the relocation assistance my new company offered.

Sell at whatever price you can get now. Home prices aren’t going up in the next 12 months.
