From the Video and Bob’s Analysis, it looks like the Pima County Sheriff’s Office took their Federal LEO Grant Money and spent it on TactiCool Gear instead of sending their People up the Road to Gunsite for decent Training. Hope the citizens of Pima County can understand that their SWAT Team is headed by “Paul Blart, Mall Cop.”

It looked like the downed helicopter shooting from blackhawk down. shooting without looking, doesn’t that violate one of the 4 rules? Oh wait, I forgot rules are for the little people.
