Update on the Department of Education SWAT raid

DOE says it wasn’t for defaulted student loans. They won’t say what it was for, other than ongoing criminal investigation. Now, what sort of crime could one commit that DOE would be the one investigating? Nothing violent that I can imagine and none that warrant a SWAT team decked out in their best ninja outfits.

Markie Marxist sez: “It wasn’t for defaulted student loans! It was for something else! We’re not exactly sure what else, but it was for something else! That’s our story and we’re sticking to it. For as long as we need to. Oh, and there’s nothing wrong with 14-inch barreled shotguns. Just as long as private citizens don’t have them. They would just, uh, go out and rob liquor stores with them or something. You know how private citizens can’t be trusted. It’s just common communist sense, really.”

They do it because they can.

Actually, the raid was done because the Lady wrote a Term Paper defining why the Constitution is against Fascist Police Death Squads, and why they need to be shut down. So when her DemiCommie Marxist Prof sent a copy to DC for “Action”,….

It was for a really overdue library book.

Wait, that would be the Library of Congress’ SWAT team, wouldn’t it?

  5. Ed Says:

Grand Plagarism in the First Degree, which is a crime worse than rape-rape and murder-murder amongst the academic set.

So they busted down the door on a fraudulent search warrant??? News 10 showed the warrant and confirmed it was indeed for unpaid college loans…. I do not think they want to go down this road….

Dept of EDUCATION? They must have proof she cheated on a test.

News 10 showed the warrant and confirmed it was indeed for unpaid college loans….

Did you bother reading the warrant? It was for a fraud investigation. Specifically, they were searching for

    evidence […] of violations of 20 U.S.C. § 1097 (Financial Aid Fraud), 18 U.S.C. § 371 (Conspiracy), 18 U.S.C. § 641 (Theft of Government Funds), 18 U.S. C.§ 1001 (False Statement to Government Agency), and 18 U.S. C. § 1343 (Wire Fraud)

The loans may be unpaid, but that’s not what this was about.

The more important question is why this warrant had to be executed by a SWAT team. There is no indication that anyone involved had any history of violence, and these are not violent crimes. This could easily have been handled by a couple of investigators politely knocking on his door.

Just like the raid that killed Jose Guerena, this was nothing more than a “justification raid”, used to justify the money spent on having a SWAT team.

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
