My big issue with the Boberg is that the magazines essentially look backwards. I had the same problem the first time I handled a walther PPS. I dropped the mag, cleared the gun. Tested the trigger. Looked it over…then put the magazine in backwards because that overhang around the back rather than front like every other mag.
I’ve shot XR9 quite extensively. The manual of arms IS different. On the other hand, it’s controlled feed all the way without even a need for a feed ramp, so clearing a dud round isn’t all that hard. The two extractors are forced to grip the casing by the barrel extension rather than by extractor springs alone, so it’s not like they can lose hold on the casing. The whole design is closer to a PKM or a Vickers MG internally than to a regular pistol.

Yeah, I just see a misfeed in certain portions of the Boberg’s operation cycle being a real pain to clear.

The Puckle Gun kinda screws the gun control argument that the 2A should only apply to single shots.
