Yup, W00t. It will go into effect before the end of the year, and is one of the top 5 laws in the country, IMHO. It includes the wish list stuff like parking lot rights retention, bar carry, low fees, etc., etc. Training includes hunter’s safety or any nationally recognized training (including NRA courses).

Should shortly provide reciprocity for all states that require a background check for their permits.
