Similar incident with a pack of Teens happened a few days ago up here in Cleveland Heights, Ohio. To “Prevent Further Such Incidents, the City passed a Curfew restricting those under 18 from being on the Streets w/o a Parent from 6 PM until 6AM, or face a $50 dollar fine.” (Fox8News).
Why a gun on a play ground? Cause paedophiles, kidnappers, rapist, and just plain nutjobs do haunt play grounds.
Why ‘x’ number of bullets? Cause it’s better to have and not need than to need and not have! Might need just one, but might need ‘x’ number. One never knows! And if you don’t believe me, as cops, cause they carry that ‘x’ number of bullets.

Why do some people feel the need to question need?
Who said they could do that?
