I felt the same way about Maryland. Different, as in, “Why the heck don’t you do things the way all the other states do? You know, the way that WORKS.”

Does ANY state allow carry on public transportation? Can’t ride the Metro in Northern VA as far as I’m aware. Anyone know the facts on this?
