That is a poorly designed airplane crapped up with stuff to make it street legal.
Convertible aircraft/cars come and go periodically. They die because you need a pilot’s license anyway, and no one is willing to spend the money to have an A&P do maintenance for hours spent on the road instead of in the air.
Get rid of the FAA, and you might get a flying car.
And don’t hold your breath waiting on Moller … he has made an industry of taking orders for vehicles he can never quite get into production. He will continue “trying” for as long as he can get new orders.
