Sounds like what happened to me during my Home Invasion back in 83. But I pulled the trigger while the teenage perp was trying to get in the window, before he could get to me.
@RipRip: You’re probably right, but you have to admit it’s startling and refreshing to hear something like that from the parents of the perp. Who the hell admits to any wrong doing by themselves or their criminal kids? Not very many. They are far more likely to blame everyone but themselves.

@Bubblehead Les – pulling the trigger while someone is trying to get in your window isn’t exactly the gold standard for self-defensive firearm use.
