Since my plan pretty much boils down to “Go to the station, get on an ambulance, and drive around taking care of the wounded”, I’d say yes.
Of course, since our station has already had to have significant emergency structural repairs done within the last year, I expect all our ambulances would be buried under the remains and inaccessible if we got hit with one that bad.
