Good question
Why won’t California release the results of its lead ammo “study”?
Telling some simpleton that corporate money goes to people.
But then:
AUDIENCE MEMBER: You came here to listen to the people!
ROMNEY: Nope, I came here to speak.
Way to be a man of the people.
I’ve searched my copy of the constitution and find no mention of this super committee business. An even more elitist group of elitists picked by elitists from elitists. It’s not good.
All those with Ds after their name get an F from the national taxpayers union.

Dear alleged journalists,
You have, I presume, at your disposal a wealth of resources for research. You have google, interns, books, public records, investigators and so forth. I know this because I have seen them leap into action whenever an affluent white girl goes missing or when you’re trying to destroy a celebrity. Remember the good old days of digging through Sarah Palin’s trash? So, you have it in you.
So, I would think you could figure out that a dealer who ships firearms magazines to someone in another country is already breaking the law. Calling for another one isn’t going to help. I mean, unless you’re motivated by something else.
Oh wait.
Love,
Me
Yeah, I noticed this too. Others are reporting it happens on other things. But I only notice it for Obama.
Should cops sell guns? Of course they should. A law passed last year prevents PDs from destroying guns confiscated. Eventually, you’ll run out of space.
When someone comes to my blog and lectures me on a meme I probably started.

An idiotorial: 30 rounds of insanity: gun accessories we don’t need
My supposed need has nothing to do with it. I also don’t need editorials advocating trampling of my rights based on false assumptions and faulty reasoning. But I’m not so petty as to demand they be banned.
The Tennessee legislature is peopled with idiots. I hope that causes some of them emotional distress, as that is my deliberate intent. Here’s why:
Among the bad bills passed by the Legislature this year was an amendment to the criminal harassment statute that made it a crime to communicate about another person or display an image via email, web postings or the like that deliberately caused emotional distress or fear. The law, which went into effect July 1, also lets cops and prosecutors demand records from social networks and other service providers to find out who posted any offending message.
This is idiocy. And our representatives should know better.
A few years back, I was having drinks with my dad and my sister. And she was going on about an Oprah episode in which they were discussing self-defense and, more specifically, rape prevention. She told us that, per the show’s expert, one thing you can do is get on your back and kick up. After all, your legs are stronger than your upper body. My dad and I quickly explained that that was one of the dumbest things we’d ever heard and not to do that.
Please stop giving bad advice. If you are serious about learning self defense, go to experts.
Also, totally anecdotal, but I was having an off-line conversation with someone about some women’s (namely gun nuts’ spouses) reluctance to carry and train with a firearm, a known and effective means of self defense. Yet, now, I’m struck by the notion that those same women would take the “bird beak” / cheerleader concept to heart.
A round up of other such attacks.
A lot of people are taking to calling these flash mobs. They’re not. Flash mobs, though annoying, are mostly harmless. A lot of these mobs are people using social media to coordinate violence and looting.
USA Today: If the the NRA wasn’t so effective at defending civil rights, the only guns going into Mexico illegally would come from ATF.
Or something. I really am flabbergasted at the notion of blaming the NRA since, by some counts, hundreds of people have been killed with guns allowed to walk by ATF.
USA Today has a response from NRA. I’m actually a fan of the condescending tone. One should not justify ridiculous claims without ridicule.
Robb: Company Paid Health Insurance is Part of Your Salary
So is FICA, SS, Medicare, unemployment, etc. All of the money sent on your behalf to someone else.
Personally, I think we should all be paid our gross amount and then remit our taxes to the government. Then, people will figure that out.

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
