I suggest letting brick and mortar casinos in the US operate them here. If they don’t pay up, they can be targeted for legal action much more easily than some anon internet scum.
What they are describing is not a Ponzi scheme. It’s simple fraud and theft.
Meanwhile, if you point out that Social Security is a classic Ponzi scheme with the addition that the suckers can’t stop paying into it, you are labeled as a nutball.
