Not to mention they are currently trying to make the training requirements more stringent than those listed in the actual law. Time to contact my legislators again…

I’m sure the lawyers in Wisconsin DoJ are making the requirements as complex and confusing as possible to entrap as many applicants and trainers as possible. Once a mistake is made the DoJ will undoubtedly use those “failures” as “proof” the law should be repealed.
No doubt they are looking at the DC Counsel’s efforts to deny Heller via process and procedure.
Cynic? Ya.

Sounds like they’re taking notes from the DC dept of “how we can fuck you out of buying the gun the SCOTUS says we can’t stop you from buying”.
