When did Robert start blogging here?
If ever approached by a union guy carrying a sign, it’s now safe to presume you are under attack and react accordingly.
Update: Facepalm.

Heh: BTW, this is the kind of crap that happens when Californians are allowed back into America.
Police were called because a man was butchering a cow in his driveway. Not illegal, apparently.
Man charged with two counts of attempt first degree murder with a firearm, two counts of aggravated battery with a firearm to a police officer, and four counts of Armed Violence because of a reckless police raid.
The jury acquits:
That battering ram was only a few feet away from Officer OT. Instead he and Officer M. both turned their back to the door and attempted to kick it in. On the other side of that door was Kenny Green who thought people were in his house that wanted to kill him and/or his family. And because he reasonably felt his life depended on it, Kenny fired his gun to stop this violent intrusion into his home.
The fact that the intruders were actually police officers is unfortunate. Had Kenny Green known they were police officers, none of this happens.
I caught bits and pieces. Overall, meh. It consisted mostly of Ronald Reagan, peace be upon him, which is silly. Oh and libertarians are bad. The focus seemed to be social issues likely because it was hosted by MSNBC and they know that’s the Republican weak point.
I have to give Ron Paul credit for outright dismissing questions. The questions he got were of the loaded variety and he called them out. Good.
A few years back, calling social security a ponzi scheme would have been political suicide and ridiculed as asinine and silly. But a funny thing happened: my generation hit middle age. And my generation realizes that social security is pretty bad and not to be relied upon.
Radley: apparently, when the cops ram your car with an unmarked truck, then shoot your four times, you are legally obligated to stick around until they finish you off.
Yup:
The McDonald decision incorporated that Second Amendment right through the 14th Amendment, so that it applies to both federal, state and local governments equally.
In Brooklyn, officers fire 73 rounds. Two hit the suspect. Errant round kills bystander.
Via The Duck, who notes Unlike CSI, they cannot match the round that killed Ms. Gay to a specific firearm. Odd, that. Are they in the ballistics database?
Holder continues to deny involvement.
Bob Barr attacks the institutional leadership of ATF. That’s a start. But the ass covering is well underway.
Obama administration grounds firefighting airplanes in Texas. You know, where they kinda need them.
Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
