Nice particulars in that subpoena, and everything must be unredacted. If Holder actually complies this will likely point right to the White House. So what happens when the attorney general of the US of A fails to answer a congressional subpoena?

Holder and Barry can CLAIM “Executive Privilege” but having spent my youth living through Watergate, SCOTUS pretty much deep-sixed it with the Watergate Tapes. But there’s nothing to prevent the Anointed One from claiming it, and using it as a delaying tactic until it gets back to SCOTUS. This does buy time to fire up the Shredders and have a few “Mysterious” Accidents to Witnesses, though.
Or Barry can just throw Eric under the Bus, claiming that he was “Shocked! Shocked to hear that there was Gambling going on!”
Unless, of course, Eric pulls a J.Edgar Hoover and shows Barry a File or two about the Anointed One’s Past….
