I’m “concerned.” The new and exciting one-way reciprocity (your WI permit isn’t good in TN) is 100% valid — just as soon as you register your gun with the Confiscator-General. Admiral Akbar, please weigh in on this. What do you think it is?
Bill, keep in mind that these are reciprocity ‘agreements.’ If they haven’t had time, or for some reason couldn’t agree, then no reciprocity. Call the person in your state that is responsible for reciprocity agreements and ask them to pursue one with Wisconsin.
From their FAQ: “Now that the emergency rules are approved, the DOJ will be able to contact other states regarding reciprocity.” I suspect reciprocity is a work in progress, and two-way reciprocity requires a semi-formal agreement. It looks like they took a guesstimate of which states had training requirements that were close to theirs and threw those on the list. Which makes me wonder why they picked Utah and not Florida, and why Penn would be on there at all, but it’s not a bad start unless they stop adding or shrink it.

How do they pick and choose? Just wondering why some are left off the list (i.e. Ohio).
