Delrin is a poor choice. It will change shape after machining. Stress relieving (heating) between the machining steps helps somewhat. Jack.
I wish I had the doe and knowledge to use one of those.I guess these days alot easier just scan in a image with these 3d printers that will get you close anyway.

I wish I had the doe and knowledge to use one of those.I guess these days alot easier just scan in a image with these 3d printers that will get you close anyway.
