I’m a Southpaw and I love my P238. Cylinder & Slide swears that they’ll replace the mold for the ambi safety( it cracked and there was no need to replace it when the Mustang was out of production), so someday. I wouldn’t recommend using Customized Creationz. The guy does good work, but when he quotes 4-6 weeks, he really means 54 weeks and a threat to get the BATFE involved.

So you give up the chief advantage of a 9mm (capacity). For that same size frame, you can carry a Commander sized 1911, and get 7 rounds of .45ACP.
I don’t get it.

I suspect this thing will be a LOT smaller than a Commander, and probably even a Defender.
I suspect it’ll be competing directly with the Springfield EMP.

Again, though, it will have the same capacity as a PM9 or LC9, at greater size and weight…
Nope, don’t see it.

My wife loves her 238 (except for the safety being on the ‘wrong’ side being she’s a southpaw). It might be worth looking into for us.

Maybe someone from Smith will see your post from yesterday and build a single stack M&P Compact.

@Mike – If they did, I’d buy two immediately.
