Acting at your peril
Dealing the firearms laws in Cali and buying California legal guns. The good thing about Cali is their laws are so ridiculous that they’re easy to challenge.

My local gunshop has all those. I believe that with the highly “confusionary” nature of all the cross-conflicting laws, the statutes that have been reversed and overridden, and the just poorly written patchwork of bogus laws compiled by idiot Legislature, challenging the existing junk-laws is a winner, eg: Richards v. Harris (AW ban by features, 12031(e) checks unconstitutional), Haynie v. Pleasanton (Bullet Buttons are legal, DOJ must inform LE).
It started back in 2007-2008 with ARs and AKs legal in California: http://bit.ly/4u0M6g,
The invention of the Bullet Button: http://bit.ly/4xEo6E,
The sunshine effect: DOJ BoF Regulations are Underground Regulations: http://bit.ly/57MbNq,
Return of improper siezures: Return of the Milpitas Lowers: http://bit.ly/5ebd96,
And more is in the works thanks to the CalGuns Foundation!
