All the bragging they had been doing was about finding stuff that was completely unrelated to terrorism. No surprise that the things related to vaguely possible terrorism would slip through without a problem.
A close acquaintance of mine accidentally brought a knife through security that I had accidentally left in the luggage she used … she only discovered it upon unpacking at her destination.
Then there was the time she REALIZED she had a knife in her luggage as she was going through security, alerted the screeners to the fact that there was a knife in her bag. They could not locate it and let her through.

So this woman, who intentionally committed a felony, and is thus a criminal by definition, is an admitted anti-gunner. Ironic, huh?
