What’s the legality of someone standing across the street – or even within the same parking lot – offering to buy some of those for more money?

I wish people would quit doing this.They can donate them to me.I here you there Adam.I wonder If a person could run a ad along side the ad the police run stating you would be willing to buy there guns for more than what the police where offering on that gift card.

I’ve retained some crappy early 20th Century break-tops for just such an occasion. If some one wants to give me taxpayer money for junk I’m all for it.
