Ignorance of the law is no excuse

And I bet even the ones that managed to get the judge to throw it out had to pay court costs.
Even if you win, you lose. It’s just a matter of degree.

You should not be charged. It is a cop who stopped you for some vague reason and could not or did not charge you with anything else.
I would definitedly fight this. Oh, and on the court costs, there arn’t any if you win.

The saddest, and most infuriating part, is that the Commonwealth Attorney’s response is that they state just needs to start making it a law so they’re not in error enforcing it any more.
