More proof that gun laws are purely political.
They want to prosecute when they think that they can get away with it, and they don’t want to prosecute when they think that’s politically inconvenient for them.
The law is the law, except when it’s not? How much justice is that?

The 14th Amendment is one of the two amendments, along with the 13th, which overturned the 1857 Dred Scot SCOTUS decision and ended slavery, but it is still an institution in NY.
