Yeah; I hate a reflective hood. That’s one reason why I haven’t washed a rig in over ten years. The other (main) reason is that I don’t want to. Besides; it’s a waste of time. If you wash it, it just gets dirty again. If you don’t wash it, a rain will eventually remove the worst of the mud.
Still; that does look bitchin’.
I thought the sheet metal was all stainless. Not that it’s impervious to corrosion or tarnish, but it’s a lot better than most steel.

One of my buds said the best thing about his Delorean is that if it gets dirty, you just need a scotchbrite pad and some gasoline.

After one winter in Utah, that thing would be a pile of rust. We use a lot of salt on our roads.

They were so fast, you know, that they’d suck the white lines right up off the road.
BobG, I think that top layer is stainless, FWIW. As the owner of another brand of rustproof car, I cannot vouch for the running gear.
