In MA, defend yourself and get charged with a felony. Looks like it worked out but that should never have happened.

Am i the only one that sees this view as being counter to the Heller decision that says you have a right to defend yourself? I doubt sending a copy of the Heller decision to the state officials will do much good, unless the people demand the right be protected by the state legislature.

If only MA would have elected a conservative governor like the R party is getting ready to do. Maybe he would have pushed for the right of the individual to protect himself.
