A SHOT note
Hard to get excited when most of the offerings are slightly different versions of stuff already out there. Or over the top whatchamacallits labeled “tacticool”.

I’ll disagree on one – Stoeger’s Tactical O/U.
As one of those shooters who simply want guns that go bang and can take abuse, the concept of a black O/U for trap & clays is one of the few times tacticalizing something makes sense to me.
Worthless for a SD gun, though.

the only thing that really interests me so far is the P938. a pocket sized 9mm with a decent trigger? Yes please.

I’m still waiting to see Ruger announce what the SR-30 is. I’m almost hoping that they shamelessly ripped off the PMR-30. I still haven’t seen a PMR-30 in the wild, and refuse to pay 2x MSRP on GunBroker.

The P938 interested me…until I saw the price. The Tavor being sold in the US is interesting.
But mostly it’s pretty much more of the same old, same old.

Yup, the P938 is cool, but costly, and the Tavor by the end of the year is awesome (and I’m guessing will also be costly…)
The US Palm AK that breaks in half is beyond awesome though.
