Plus look at Gun blogs and internet forums and see how many times discussing Beer/Scotch/Bourbon/Martinis/Mixed drinks/Cigars, et al come up.
Then compare that with the number of blogs, forums and such that have vanished because they went on some horrible shooting spree or killed their old lady.
I think we’re adult enough to all now view “Reefer Madness” as a Comedy, not a Documentary.
Unfortunately, I suspect that the prosecution will do nothing more than trot out a discredited Brady Google search “study”, and the Court will look at it and say “Hey, look! A study! That’s all you needed,” at that’s all the scrutiny it’s going to get before they turn around and uphold the conviction.
The Court’s beef was not that the evidence didn’t actually support the assertion, but that the prosecution didn’t bother to present any supporting evidence at all.

Meh. A drug that makes people lean back, listen to music, and say “oh wow!” does not tend to violence.
