I snagged the Last Ditch Knife from Amazon, it’s only $12:
It’s purpose is to be a weapon of last resort. It’s small, light and one of the sharpest out of the box knives I’ve handled. It’s a good knife to have for retention of a handgun as you can easily keep this knife on your weak side and grab it with your weak hand. The Pros:
It’s very small and light. You can literally keep in you wallet, the watch pocket on your pants, in your boot strings, or wear it as a necklace. Or keep it inside your belt.
Sharp and very pointy.
The design just says “stabby”. Designed to be a down stroke slashing and stabbing weapon, and it looks mean.
A few cons:
While it comes with a sheath and a neck lanyard, there is no clip to securely attach it to the inside of the belt or pants. So far, it rides inside the belt just fine and comes out of the sheath just fine. I’d rather it had a clip or a hooked edge to more securely attach it to a belt.
The blade is small, which may limit it’s use as a stabbing weapon, where penetration is key. However, it is damn sharp. So a down stroke slash would be enough to get someone to let go.
While it’s thinness makes it easy to carry and conceal, I imagine the blade wouldn’t stand up to much prying or use as a tool. Of course, it’s not made for that.
